1. Take the Lead group mentoring program
sphinxx has combined forces with dozens of Australia’s top women in business to deliver an innovative group mentoring program for all working women. In an innovative group mentoring program called Take the Lead, sphinxx is connecting working women with female role models who've shattered the glass ceiling. Prominent female “guest leaders” from all industries and sectors are invited to participate and share their wisdom across the sphinxx community.
Mentors range from the corporate sector, including Karen Moses, Chief Operating Officer of Origin Energy and Lisa Gray, Chief Operating Officer – Retail Banking Australia at National Australia Bank; to entrepreneurs like Gillian Corban, MD Corban & Blair; to Anna McPhee, Director of EOWA and Dr Nikki Williams, CEO of the NSW Minerals Council. 2. sphinxx Leading Women
Are you struggling to achieve without access to the "boys' networks"? Looking for more substantial networking than ballroom breakfasts and chocolate nights? Falling behind in your ongoing professional development? Then the sphinxx Leading Women program may be just what the doctor ordered. The Leading Women program targets the 3 foundations of successful leadership - professional competence; personal management and building connections - in the one womentoring program.
In small groups of 12 participants and over a 6 month program, you will debate advanced strategy, leadership and management methodologies; develop a strategic plan for managing your personal life as a leader; and have the opportunity to develop deep and meaningful business alliances - or your own "girls' network" - with your cohort that will last beyond the program. Leading Women is currently available to organisations looking to implement support programs for their internal women. A number of public programs are also planned for 2008 for individuals. Jen has worked in the corporate environment as an executive, consultant and business manager over the past 15 years with many Australian and international financial services companies.
