I would love to attend as your guest for the Sydney event! I'm an emerging business woman on the verge of going full time freelance. I frequently say "It's not common sense... it's just sense... it's really not that common!" so I had a chuckle when I heard
you say something similar in your video. The line up of speakers would give me a healthy top up of inspiration and I'm a fun, opinionated but not too overbearing person to have a debrief with.

Jen, I strongly believe that if voluntary quotas as "sort of" reflected in the ASX Corporate Governance Council's new reporting rules see no improvement in the current 8.3% of women on boards in the next five years, we need to be looking at mandatory quotas
on boards and senior management roles. Let's enlist the major super funds to add pressure to the cause. Once we have more female representation let's then witness improved corporate performance and talk about creating a sphinxx investment fund of companies
with diverse boards, with Lucy Turnball as a trustee of that Board. Would love to talk through all this at the lunch and pass it by Lucy!
