I am a new investor and am very interested in finding out about all the hidden charges which accompany property investment - I dont want to get caught out!

Property is my hobby and personal interest... I've built up a growing portfolio and now help my friends to find their own investment properties.

I've caught the property bug myself and find myself now helping friends to find properties too... I'd love to see what the authors recommend.

I am a finance broker and have assisted professionl women who are too 'flat chat' to choose a property,deal with the agents,get the finance sorted, approved and obtain the very best lender and product to suit YOU ,assist with the legals and property reports,apply for govt grants,exchange and settle the dealEverything EXCEPT to Pack all your stuff to move.... and then do it all again, to start building a property portfolio

I have always wanted to invest in property, but always seem held back with the unknown and believing that i should have a home before i invest.

I spotted this book in the store front while having coffee. I have no idea where to start to enter the property market but would love some tips and tricks to get a head start. Also love that this book is written for Aussie women which is a rare commodity these days.
