In celebration of International Women's Day this month, I was interviewed by Helen Hawkes from In The Black, the magazine for Certified Practicing Accountants (yes, I'm an accountant but I promise I'm not always boring and I no longer wear brown cardigans!)  In The Black goes out monthly to 125,000 CPAs so it was a privilege to be profiled amongst my own peers.

Dalitz counters that getting more women into top roles isn't just about equal opportunity, it's about profits. "We need women in key decision-making roles in these organisations because the studies show the more diverse a board, the better the bottom line", SheEO and founder of sphinxx, Jen Dalitz.
