Gluten free requirements in your family?

I've noticed that many of our members and readers are gluten intolerant - they tell me so when they attend our events.  Or perhaps members of your family have gluten free diet requirements.  If this is you, you might be interested in this recent edition of Parenting Australia - it has loads of gluten free menu suggestions for you and your family, details on where to buy gluten-free foods, information on Coeliac disease, naturally gluten-free foods along with foods to avoid altogether.

Thanks Jen for this link - my mother has just been diagnosed with Coeliac disease at 73 years of age, although she has probably had it for at least the last 3 - 30 years! We are now adjusting to her gluten free diet needs, including being extra careful of cross-contamination with wheat products (two toasters for her and Dad!!)
