A big congratulations to Natalie Aroyan, Sarah Sammon, Belinda Cordina, Amy Lowe and Chrissy Hammond, Christine Matta, Holly Owen and Zoe Warne for recently making the Hot 30 Under 30 entrepreneurs list.

While these women have definitely earned their places on that list, I wonder why there are so few women on this list, when women starting their own businesses is such a strong trend and predicted economy driver.

I can imagine that starting your own business so young would take a lot of guts, planning and capital. How can we better facilitate young (and older) women to follow their visions and start their own businesses?
