Can you help? Looking for a Retailing Mentor, Change Management Consultant and Communications roles...

Apologies if you've been trying to contact me... I've been travelling with our Ascend leadership development days... and while I've been away these calls for help have come in... Can you help? 

  • We have a budding retail entrepreneur in Sydney looking for a mentor/sounding board with extensive experience in the retailing industry. 
  • Another friend, Helene, is looking for a Business Strategy person and a Comms person to work with the strategy team to help on presentation documents etc - both are permanent roles in Sydney
  • My good friend and former colleague Jenny is a fantastic operator and is looking for a change management consultant to join her team at AON.  Click here to find out more and apply.  Responsibilities of this role include:
    ·    Leading and or/ assisting in the design, planning and implementation of change management initiatives and projects
    ·    Providing consultative change management and project advice to stakeholders
    ·    Facilitating innovative workshops in order to achieve project / business planning outcomes
    ·    Developing and actively managing stakeholder management plans
    ·    Creating and delivering on various change management communications as per project requirements
    ·    Developing and implementing training strategies and roll out programs for change projects

    Requirements for this role include:
    ·    Experience in designing and executing change management initiatives
    ·    Strong consulting, facilitation and communication expertise
    ·    Strong influencing, relationship building and teamwork skills
    ·    Knowledge of project management
    ·    Ability to drive change outcomes
    ·    Knowledge of business planning strategies and techniques
    ·    Experience within the Professional Services and / or Financial Services industry is preferred
