Westpac’s Women’s Markets team is hosting a series of financial workshops where you can learn how to quote your gross margin (profitability), debt to worth (amount of financial risk), and stock and debtor days (cash flow). The series includes the following five modules:
Module 1: Driving Profits
Module 2: Striking the Balance
Module 3: Accelerating Business Performance
Module 4: Going for Growth
Module 5: Cash Flow Management
Westpac is also sponsoring the 21st Women, Management and Work Conference which will focus on managing CHANGE at work, its challenges and implications for employees and employers (30/07/09 – 31/07/09).
