For the first time in history, Australia's Monarch Queen Elizabeth II will be greeted here by a female Prime Minister and a female Governor General at a Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting that will have a special focus on women in leadership roles, and a discussion on British plans to change the royal succession laws to allow first-born girls to reign.
Just goes to show, we've come a long way, that's for sure!

OMG just when I was sort of getting over the John Kerr Pissed wombat act , Quentin emerges in a canary suit sounding like an old chook about to lay her last egg. The content of her cup presentation was enough to make the most OZZIE Australian cringe under
a rock. But the length of her rave???? did she go on and on put her alongside Julia and we would have the sisters comdey better than Kath and Kim, Quentin could outlast Channel 7'S chief babbler Bruce Maccas what his name for talking garbage. Gough was right
"God save the Queen but nothing will save the Governer General " Get a speech writer LUV , and try a little black dress next time it would not be so hard on the eyes.

Oh, Anon, you haven't had a few too many soups yourself today, have you? Would hate to think that John Kerr is your role model here!
